MOCPED
Over 500 students who had Bachelors’ Degree in Education at the Ekiti State University in affiliation with Michael Otedola College of Primary Education (MOCPED) Epe, Lagos State, on Thursday condemned the institution’s management over its refusal to release their certificates.
A female graduate who spoke with Naijaloaded.com registered her displeasure against the university management. She noted that for sometimes now, the school has been running things haphazardly, without considering the interest of its students.

While narrating her story, she said: ”I graduated from MOCPED since May 2015, without any result to show as a graduate after spending four good years with huge fees. Often times, we contacted the main campus, and their habitual response is always that, our affiliate campus owes money and nothing can be done until the existing debt is cleared.
“In February, the main campus took to the press, to publish it in a newspaper that, our campus owed a lot of money. Each time we question our host school (MOCPED Epe Lagos State), their response is always nothing but deceit and vague promises.
”Our admission letter bears 2014 as the graduating year, but this is 2016 and we have not had anything, we are just a graduate with no certificate.” the student added.
The students, however, urged the institution and the state government to look into their issue.
